Description: | Single elongated prehnite pseudomorph after laumontite crystal 7 cm long. The laumontite formed first, then was overgrown with the green prehnite, lastly the laumontite dissolved away leaving the prehnite in the shape of the laumontite. Ex. Phillip Greybill (1935-2018) collection |
