Mineral:Diamond (4.91 carat octahedral crystal)
Locality:Kolmanskappe, Namibia
Description:Two intergrown octahedral diamond crystal in parallel orientation. The twinned crystals are offset by about 3 mm and evident in the reentrant angles on the edges. Hard to photograph - must be seen to be appreciated.
