Description: | Single crystal of translucent green-gray oligoclase, the calcium-rich variety of the mineral albite. The crystal is embedded in quartz matrix and shows one smooth face. Ex. A. Lincoln Sherk II, MD. (1896-1970); collected May 14, 1916 |
