Description: | Vein of green actinolite crystals up to 10 mm long mixed with lustrous black uvite tourmalines up to 9 mm. Originally calcite filled the vein, but was dissolved away to reveal the actinolite and uvite. Undoubtedly from Power's Farm. Ex. A. Lincoln Sherk, MD. (1890s-1969) |
