Description: | Rectangular plate or tan-colored microcline with etched surfaces resulting in thin areas standing proud of the weaker feldspar. Though it is hard to see in the photos, the crystal surfaces are lustrous with parallel crystal faces. Ex. A. Lincoln Sherk II, MD. (1896-1970) |
