Description: | Dense mass of colorless brucite crystals with pearly luster on fresh faces. One side shows natural crystal faces that had room to grown in a narrow vein where it was exposed to groundwater. A rare Maryland mineral specimen. Ex. A. Lincoln Sherk II, MD. (1896-1970); collected Oct. 24, 1937 |
