Mineral:Diamond (0.51 carat octahedral crystal with graphite inclusion)
Locality:Guateng Province (formerly Transvaal), South Africa
Description:Glassy crystal of colorless, transparent diamond with sharp octahedral crystal form. The faces are lustrous and flat revealing the interior clearly. A large, thin graphite inclusion is visible within. Minor damage.
