Mineral:Datolite and Quartz
Locality:Dalnegorsk, Primorskiy Kray, Russia
Description:Double-sided formation with pale-green datolite crystals up to 15 mm mixed with milky white quartz crystals up to 7 mm. Hard to photograph - must be seen in person to be appreciated. The datolite is transparent and shows double-refraction. Minor damage.
