Mineral:Elbaite var. Rubellite Tourmaline
Locality:Pech, Kunar Valley, Afghanistan
Description:Elongated single crystal of pink rubellite variety of elbaite tourmaline. The crystal is medium pink color, with zones of less color. The termination is a six-sided pyramidal form. Some lesser crystals attached to the rear are incomplete. Ex. Chuck Houser
