Mineral:Strontianite pseudomorphs after Celestine
Locality:Lime City, Wood County, Ohio
Description:Large pocket lined with white strontianite pseudomorphs after celestine (celestite) crystals up to 10 mm. The bottom is sawn flat to remove excess matrix without damage. The pseudomorphs fluoresce white under UV illumination.
