Description: | Violet-gray crystals of axinite up to 10 mm in metallic sulfide matrix identified as lollingite (may actually be pyrrhotite as it is slightly magnetic). The axinite crystals are highly lustrous and translucent. Bottom is sawn flat. Ex. Clyde Hardin; ex. Keith Lancaster in 1984 |
