Description: | Rich specimen of pseudo-scalenohedral red-orange wulfenite crystals covering a broad plate of tan-colored matrix with areas of yellow mimetite microcrystals. The wulfenite crystals are elongated, bi-pyramidal crystal form - a classic from La Aurora Mine. Ex. Dr. Eugene E. Sensel (1911-2000) collection #BL144, acquired in 1972 |
