Description: | Velvety green malachite in tapered crystal aggregates up to 15 in a shallow, hemispherical limonite gossan pocket. Under magnification can be seen several of the malachite sprays have been repaired (reattached to the matrix) though VERY hard to see. Ex. C.P. Maier; originally acquired in 1974 |
