Mineral:Epidote on Amethyst Quartz
Locality:Hongquizhen Quarry, Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China
Description:Transparent purple-gray amethyst quartz crystals up to 20 mm with translucent green epidote crystals up to 4 mm on the quartz. Inclusions of another white mineral are visible inside the quartz. One crystal is chipped.
