Description: | Large crystals of brown-black spessartine (almandine?) garnet from a one-time find. The largest crystal shows about half the complete crystal with a smaller crystal on the side. Find was mentioned in 1992 What's New in Minerals in Mineralogical Record. Collected by Fred Schuster November 16, 1991 |
