Mineral:Magnetite in Chlorite
Locality:Baltimore County, Maryland
Description:Complex octahedral magnetite crystals frozen in greenish chlorite schist. The magnetite crystals are both single octahedrons and complex compound octahedrons. One crystal has a chipped corner, all others are undamaged. Ex. Ned Reynolds (1923 - 2005)
Overall Size:6x4x1.5 cm
