Description:Stalactitic black goethite with tapering aggregates up to 2 cm long. The tops of the stalactites show radiating crystalline structure where they broke off. This location is in the iron mining region near northwest Connecticut. Ex. John A. Manley (1861-1936) ca. 1890s
