Mineral:Quartz var. Amethyst
Locality:Anderson County, South Carolina
Description:Doubly-terminated medium-purple amethyst quartz crystal fully crystallized on all surfaces. There are internal flaws, but remarkably the exterior is undamaged except for a small chip on the termination. Ex. John A. Manley (1861-1936) ca. 1890s
