Mineral:Quartz var. Amethyst
Locality:Deer Hill, Stow, Oxford County, Maine
Description:Two medium purple amethyst quartz crystals with clean, lustrous crystal faces. Internally there are also zones of smoky quartz and patches of white albite inclusions. The termination has a large chip on the rear. Collected in 1969 by Cliff Trebilcock
