| Description: | Large single crystal of medium-dark purple amethyst quartz with sparkling violet microcrystal inclusion (lepidocrocite?) visible in the termination. The crystal is clean and lustrous, though the termination is chipped on the rear. See Min. Rec. v.7 #2. Ex. Frank Jaeger collection #394 |
