Description: | Several dark translucent brown di-pyramidal xenotime crystals to 4 mm with doubly terminated 4.5 mm translucent dark brown monazite crystal in quartz-albite matrix from the well-documented find of rock excavated during Harlem Speedway construction. Ex. Henry D. Miller (1838-1919 or 1920) collection #1471, bequeathed to the Wadsworth Atheneum in 1909; ex. Loomis-Chaffee School |
