Locality:Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia
Description:Lustrous dark blue azurite crystals up to 16 mm in a linear formation with colorless cerussite crystals up to 1 mm. The formation is fully crystallized all around with the only point of attachment on the cerussite edges. Minor damage visible under 20X.
