Locality:Central Highland Belt, near Ratnapura, Sri Lanka
Description:Complex crystal of translucent pink-purple ruby variety of corundum. The crystal surfaces are lustrous and slightly rounded. It appears there are several crystals in parallel orientation. Fully crystallized all around. Ex. Frank Jaeger collection
