Mineral:Quartz var. Smoky-Amethyst Scepter
Locality:Crystal Park, Beaverhead County, Montana
Description:Scepter-shaped formation of transparent quartz with a 3 cm long stem of smoky quartz topped by a larger cap of pale pink amethyst quartz. The cap is water-clear and shows phantom smoky zones at the stem termination. The tip is chipped.
Overall Size:45x17x13 mm
