Locality:Fairfax Quarry, 6.4 km west of Centreville, Fairfax County, Virginia
Description:Tabular apophyllite crystals up to 21 mm on translucent green prehnite. Most of the apophyllite crystals are compressed on the C-axis, but one is elongated.
