Mineral:Fluorite with Quartz
Locality:Rogerley Mine, Frosterley, County Durham, England
Description:Translucent green fluorite crystals up to 14 mm with thin crusts of 1 mm white quartz crystals partially coating some of the fluorite and matrix. The fluorite crystals are interpenetrant twinned cubic crystals and fluoresce violet under UV illumination.
