Description: | Rhombohedral gray to white calcite crystals on matrix with a few scattered pyrite crystals embedded in the edge of the calcite. The old label list the species as Dolomite?, but it is obvious that it is calcite. Ex. Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia collection #23033, collected by Sam Gordon (1897-1952) in 1924 |
