Mineral:Chalcopyrite and Sphalerite on Quartz
Locality:Deveti Septemvri Mine, Madan District, Rhodope Mountains, Bulgaria
Description:Flat plate of colorless quartz crystals up to 10 mm long with yellow metallic chalcopyrite crystal 16 mm across and dark sphalerite crystals up to 2 mm. Another iridescent blue minerals is mixed in, possibly bornite or covellite.
Overall Size:6x6x2 cm
Crystals:1-16 mm
