Description: | Curved formation of crystallized green-brown diopside crystals up to 8 mm with a few gemmy red-orange grossular garnet crystals up to 8 mm. The cluster was attached to surrounding matrix in several areas resulting in contacts, one on a garnet group. Ex. Carnegie Museum of Natural History; acquired in 1964 |
