Description: | Spherical crystals of blue-green turquoise up to 0.2 mm diameter in cavities with earth yellow-brown Fe-(OH) -rich cassiterite (originally the obsolete mineral species Varlamoffite). Crystallized turquoise is rare. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #5936; collected by Robert J. King in August, 1954 |
