Description: | Large translucent amber-colored fluorite in a hemispherical formation 45 mm diameter surrounded by colorless quartz crystals to 1 mm. The fluorite has an unusual gap around the edge before the quartz starts where a previous mineral overgrowth dissolved. Collected in 2007 from a new locality in central India |
