Locality:Agrigento District (Girgenti), Sicily, Italy
Description:Elongated plate covered on one face with colorless prismatic celestine (celestite) crystals up to 14 mm long with pale-beige calcite crystals up to 1 mm and a layer of yellow sulfur. Fluorescent and phosphorescent under UV illumination. Ex. William W. Jefferis (1820-1906) collection #7479; ex. Carnegie Museum #11285
