Description: | Rounded aggregates of velvety blue-green aurichalcite on brown limonite gossan. The velvety appearance is caused by the densely packed fine acicular crystals - looks beautiful under magnification. Note the old labels mistakenly listed the locality. Ex. J. Cilen (1916-1997) #11426 |
