Mineral:Epidote with Limonite
Locality:near Diakon, Kayes Region, Mali
Description:Large doubly-terminated epidote crystals with rust-brown surface coating and sub-surface inclusions of limonite. Several faces show lustrous reflections (similar to sand-calcites) indicating the limonite is below the surface of the epidote.
Overall Size:8x7x6 cm
