Locality: | Tsumeb Mine, Otavi-Bergland District, Oshikoto, Namibia (Type Locality for Duftite) |
Description: | Colorless calcite crystals up to 2.5 mm long and greenish duftite microcrystals overgrown on brown goethite pseudomorphs after willemite crystals up to 4 mm long. A few pseudomorphs have broken, exposing the hollow core where the willemite dissolved. Ex. W. Frech collection #1296 |
