Mineral:Epidote with Grossular Garnet
Locality:near Diakon, Kayes Region, Mali
Description:Large green epidote crystals up to 40 mm long with dodecahedral smooth brown grossular garnet crystals up to 14 mm across embedded in areas of the epidote. The epidote crystals have surfaces composed of many smaller crystal faces.
Overall Size:8x7x5 cm
