Mineral:Quartz var. Agate pseudomorphs after Coral (Tampa Bay Coral)
Locality:Ballast Point, Tampa Bay, Hillsborough County, Florida
Description:Translucent amber-colored quartz agate that replaced coral resulting in botryoidal surfaces. This specimen has a dark outer layer that conceals the translucent interior that is only visible around the edges.
