Description: | Translucent tabular calcite crystals that have short hexagonal prism faces and rhombic terminations. The large crystals are twinned on the C-axis. The outer surfaces have limonite coating giving a pleasing golden color typical of the find ca. 1990. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #298 |
