Description: | Large crystal of golden calcite with fragments of limestone matrix attached on the underside. The calcite crystal is scalenohedral form, has lustrous faces and varies from translucent to transparent at the termination. Note the small twinned crystals. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #420 |
