Description: | Colorful specimen of sparkling green dioptase crystals up to 1 mm overgrown with colorless calcite crystals up to 1 mm with a few larger crystals up to 6 mm. Under the dioptase is an earlier deposition of olive-green duftite crystals up to 1 mm. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #131; ex. Zweibels in 1976 |
