Description: | Highly lustrous large black andradite garnet crystals on massive andradite matrix. The brilliant crystal faces have well defined growth-hillocks showing how the crystals grew in successive layers. Several crystals have bruised corners. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #6; acquired in 1994 |
