Description: | Large single crystal of emerald-green dioptase with no matrix attached and a few smaller crystals around the edges. The corners of the crystal are transparent, the centers have cloudy zones that appear to made of minute negative cavities or bubbles. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #117; ex. Zweibels in 1983 |
