Description: | An unusual specimen of apophyllite on calcite from the famous find encountered when digging a well. The apophyllite crystals up to 22 mm long in a flower-like radiating cluster formed on the side of a translucent yellow calcite crystal. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #276; acquired in 2003 |
