Description: | Flat plate of sharp scalenohedral gray calcite crystals up to 40 mm long with green-to-brown metallic pyrite-marcasite (probably both) microcrystals coating select faces of the calcite. The calcite gray color is caused by microscopic inclusions. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #432; acquired in 1999 |
