Locality:Florence Mine, Egremont, Cumbria, England
Description:Translucent colorless calcite crystals with select zones colored red-brown by microscopic hematite inclusions. The calcite crystals are scalenohedral form with complex termination faces that give a rounded appearance. Some zones fluoresce white under UV. Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #247; acquired in 1978 from Olive Delany
