Description: | Gem-grade crystal of morganite, the pink variety of the mineral beryl. The front has flat basal pinacoid termination faces with secondary faces. The rear looks rough from a break, but is actually crystallized naturally with complex faces - a floater! Ex. Robert C. Lambert (1919-2008) #577; acquired in 1999 |
