Description: | Pristine cluster of lustrous white barite crystals with chisel-shaped terminations. The barite varies from opaque to translucent, with a few almost translucent. A fine specimen from the old Illinois fluorite mines, closed in 1993. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #1891 |
