Description:Single crystal of yellow metallic pyrite with simple cubic form and slightly striated faces. Pyrite is also called Fool's Gold because inexperienced gold miners mistook it for real gold. Ex. Steve Chamberlain collection #374; originally acquired in 1978 from George Robinson (1946-2024)
