Locality:(Pluckemin Copper Mine?), New Jersey
Description:Brown sandstone matrix with many cavities lined with lustrous translucent blue azurite crystals up to 0.5 mm across with a few areas of fibrous green malachite crystals up to 2.0 mm long. I attribute this to the Pluckemin Copper Mine based on the matrix. Ex. John H. Marshall (1931-2008) #1773; ex. Ron Bentley (1948-1995); ex. Smith College
