Locality:Deveti Septemvri Mine, Madan District, Rhodope Mountains, Bulgaria
Description:Sculptural formation of bright metallic pyrite crystals up to 32 mm across on a crustal of greenish quartz microcrystals with a few smaller brassy metallic chalcopyrite crystals to 3 mm. Hard to photograph - must be seen in person to appreciate.
